I was using a fulfillment house called ifulfill, also in Ohio, to ship my orders for me. Their service was getting worse and worse, and finally, one day, they closed their doors, and I was stuck with 500 cases of fiber juice sitting in their warehouse. She picked it up the same day, and immediately shipped out my backlog of 16 orders. Since that time, she has developed a merchant interface, which makes it really easy to manage your orders on the internet. Sandy, Brenda, and Heather (in the warehouse) have all been a pleasure to deal with. I contact them with an issue, and they immediately resolve it (not what I was used to from before)!
